A Year Beyond Weddings: Exploring New Horizons in 2024
Having an office overlooking the blue Mediterranean Sea sometimes you just look up and a thought just pops in your mind. 2024 ! What did we do in 2024 besides weddings, events and parties?
January we visited Dublin where we took part at the Bride of the Year Show which is held at The RDS.A two day exhibition all about weddings where we met many Irish couples who wanted information about tying knot in Malta or Italy. We had a lovely stand,E7, and we enjoyed every minute .We discussed packages and we explained that we can cater for all budgets. We also explained to our clients that getting Married in Malta is legal and binding and marriage is recognized Worldwide. We also explained that we cater for all different types of weddings :church weddings,civil ceremonies,in stunning locations such as castles,vineyards,Palazzo's ,bastions etc.We explained that we respect to different religion ,cultures and same sex marriages . So looking forward to visiting Ireland
So after my lovely adventure in Dublin,in February I was invited to BTM Puglia. Welcomed by my colleagues, all well know wedding planners Worldwide we started our journey by networking with each other all discussing new trends snd traditions . What a lovely experience!! Visited many beautiful locations such as Monopoli ,Locorotondo,Bari and of course The Trullie. Amazed with the beautiful venues such as Masseria Montalbano , Masseria Montenapoleone,Masserie il Melograno etc,etc. Beautiful churches addored every town . Like Dublin I was present at the Fiera del Lavante but this time to meet all the lovely suppliers that help me plan a Dolce Far Niete Wedding in Puglia .The fact that Icdpesk fluent Italian always helps to communicate better with suppliers and so negotiating for good prices is not a problem at all .
October!!! My yearly visit to the beautiful Eternal city Rome . Oh how beautiful! Borsa dei Matrimoni , the yearly Fiera which takes place is a must to wedding planners who specialize in destination weddings. You do not only get to meet suppliers and venue owners from Rome,but you upgrade your list of venues in,Tuscany Sicily,Amalfi Coast,Venice,Como every year . So interesting and lovely, besides networking with other worldwide wedding planners you become knowledgeable of all that is new on the Italian Market. The highlight of it all was a Gala dinner held at the lovely Villa Dino where food and service was Perfection itself. Bella Roma !
So from Roma I boarded the Freccia Rossa and I went to Bella Napoli from there I went to Ravello where I attended The DW Summit .This was held at the beautiful Hotel Bonadies.Breathtaking views from every rooms which only Ravello hosts. During the Summit we discussed The Humanization and creativity of the World of weddings. Best speakers in the Industry . A journey through the wedding industry where everything was discussed in details. Was so enjoyable as once again made new acquaintances thus growing connections worldwide. The Summit has been accredited.
November important meetings where held in London.. Together with my legal team we have signed contracts with travel agencies to have more couples saying the I do's in Malta.A wonderful experience created at The Ritz London.
